Leslie Campione is a fiscal conservative, independent thinker, an active community leader.

As your Lake County Commissioner, she has:

	Voted against tax increases  Supported our First Responders  Established our No Kill Animal Shelter  Brought high wage jobs to Lake County  Fought to preserve agricultural and rural lands

Leslie has fought for and continues to fight for more funding from the Florida Department of Transportation for much needed improvements to State Roads in Lake County (e.g. SR 44B, US 441, US 27, Hwy 50, SR 19) and for County Roads that relieve pressure on State Roads (e.g. CR 44 from Eustis to Leesburg, CR 42).

Leslie has led the charge to preserve our Lake County Character by protecting rural lands from municipal annexation and zoning changes that allow high density subdivisions in rural areas.

She understands the importance of recognizing property rights and zoning entitlements (which protects Lake County from expensive lawsuits), while seeking to find solutions that protect surrounding landowners and address safety and infrastructure needs.

A life member of the NRA and strong advocate for the second amendment, Leslie is committed to defending our constitutional rights.
